Intro
Hello my name is Richard and i'm new here on the forums.
I created this account mainly to get tips and critics on my makings but at the same time give something back to the community like answering their questions and such.
I'm currently working on a game called Light - The Dark Child which is a Turn-Based game coded in VB.NET and have some problems with the inventory system.
I've tried many times to get a working inventory system run but at no luck, it looks like the game developers over at big game companies have some creativity after all haha.
I've even tried using a listbox combined with an array you get the values but i failed again.
For over 3 years i think I've "Semi-struggled" with the inventory system and i have had enough, this month I'm gonna finish it.
Even though it's made of listboxes or pictureboxes i will choose the best way to do it while keeping in mind the practical benefits of doing it.
The Problem
The inventory system of course!
I want to know what YOU think is the best way of doing it or maybe even tell me how to go by making the sytem.
So basically im asking for advice/tips on how to make it.
Here are some of my concepts:

This is what the game currently looks like: (Keep in mind that these are outdated graphics soon and will be changed when i get the inventory system working.)
Main form with dynamic status bars and many other features.

Note: i am looking for a enthusiastic developer with a skill level above beginner send me a PM or contact me on Skype: dittocum
Thanks, i will be grateful for any help related to my project.
