dear friends i found out a problem that i can't solve with my app. and i hope that any one could help me with !!!
in my POS app. and in the sales form i have a text box and a datagridview (for example) if the user scans some product with the bar code the bar code value will appear in the text box and i made acode in the Private Sub TextBox_TextChanged to get the information of that value which already exist in the database
now what should i use to make the app after the product sacn insert the information in the datagridview and in the sales table in my database and if the user scans the same product again how to update the datagridview and the sales table under the Quantity field for the same product name only and if he scans anew product anew records will inserted ???
i know its a lot of questions but i swear that i tried every thing i know before i post this thread
