VS 2010 Saving DataGridView Data

Is there a way to save changes to data (that user have changed) in a DGV when the DGV is populated with data using the Visual Studio GUI?

Or do I have to manually populate the data in the DGV?

I have poked around a bit and cant seem to find anything (I assume its not possible)
