VS 2010 Licensed setup

Hello Guys,

Is there a way to create a licensed setup so that if I want only 5 users to install the application it should be installed on the 5 machines only.

Apart from that more interesting challenge is that there should be some counter on how many machines(with machine name) the application is installed
the counter should not only increase but also decrease if any one of the machine uninstalls the application.

Please share your thoughts.
