VS 2008 Fill Combobox

Hi to all.
I have a form that has 1 listview and 4 combobox.
I want if this is possible to don't fill my combo box when form is loading but only when the user press the combobox arrow.
Is there any way to do this?????
In which event i will fill my combobox to be OK??
