VS 2012 video and audio streaming

Hi all

I`m new in VB.net
and I want to creat server / client application with Socket programing to transfer videos or audios
I need to creat simple video and audio chat for my use...

I have created messenger
with MultiThreaded Socket

please give me some exsamples to learn this section...

I have no idea how to creat this...

I search in google and find some platforms
but I need to creat this project with directX

please help me...
If you have some video tutorials or text tutorials please give me them...
