I really don't understand what might be the issue:
When I first created my program, I was careful to anchor everything and lock my controls and I created it in my native 1680 x 1050. When I change my resolution to the standard 1024 x 768 to test how it looked in lower resolutions, it still looks great and is not distorted. But when I run my program on other computers with a native resolution of 1024 x 768, the bottom of the program is cut off so the user can't click the Disable Startup Tip checkbox, and the numberupdown counter can only show one digit place! Any ideas why this is happening?
