In MpaleStory's Launcher, they have this weird border, I want to know how can I achieve it.

This is how it looks like. As you can see, the outer frame is what i'm trying to achieve. They have a fixedwindow borderstyle, but without any buttons, and it's not thick.
I'm reffering to the outer frame (BorderStyle of the form). how can I do that?
