Can't view design mode for a project form

I'm new to VB so bear with me please.... I have a project with multiple forms (login, search and CCCUserInterface). When the user successfully logs in, the login form closes and the search form shows. Once a search is complete, the search form closes and the User Interface form opens. The program is running perfectly but I can no longer see the design view for my CCCUserInterface form to make changes! Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is the screen shot:
