VS 2012 Permutations for Subnet Calculator

Hi All,
I'm a student in a general IT program in Nova Scotia (NSCC) and I've been racking my brain over a problem for the better part of three hours and I'm missing some bit of logic. I figured I'd see if anyone here would be willing to give me a little hint. (I've been learning VB for about three months now and I know that a lot of my classmates like to read this forum so I can't post ALL of my code lest they steal it).

Basically, I've created a "Subnet Calculator" and every part of it is finished except for listing the IP ranges. Basically, I have to list the IP ranges created from sub-netting, the problem is, I can not think of a flexible, sensible way (that I am capable of) of running through the ranges. I'll post an example below:

|001|00000
|011|00000
|100|00000
|101|00000
|110|00000
|111|00000

Basically, I need to run through every possible combination of 1/0 in a certain range but can't think of a way to code in a flexible way so that I can increase or decrease the range. The simpler the solution here the better.
