How to select a seat only once with radio Buttons

I am working on a hypothetical airline reservation system. I want the user to be able to select their seat, but dont know how to do this.


I want the radial button to grey out if it has been sold, and i want the button to sell only if selected and then purchase ticket is pressed.

Any idea on what code will go where? (i know this is very ambitious for a novice!)
