Horizontal Scroll Button Menu

Hi,

I need help for creating a Horizontal scroll menu with next & previous + 5 buttons showing data from database.
I have no clue what this type of menu is called but managed to find what I need in WPF using stack panels.

I was wondering if this type of menu can be created in VB.net. Please find attached a photo of the menu.
