Grade Report Help

I have to do an assignment

The assignment states that to create an application that allows a user to enter three test scores each for three students. The application should calculate each student's average test score and assign a letter grade. The application should prompt the user for each student's name and three test scores. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How would i do that?
