I've got a friend who hates their point of sale system for their coffee shop. They're not looking for anything fancy, and I'd like to help them out. They have Win7 and are a little stubborn about going to 8.
So...can I use VB in 2012 to create a touchscreen app for them?
I wasn't sure where to ask this, so I apologize if it's in the wrong place (and, yes, I've tried to find the answer on MSDN and in other places...).
