Help about pausing a Form

i got a 5Forms and i named the one form as Pause,.
i placed a buttons in each forms inorder for the pause form to show and the other form will close
is it possible that when ever i click the pause form then it will go back to the other form inwhich i clicked the button for pause,
like , i clicked the button(Pause) in form1 then the pause form will show and when i click the form it will go back to
the last form which is form1 or form2 or form3.. i hope u got my point, pls help thnx in advance....

i was planning to make a pause form in each form meaning form1 has its own pause form then form2 has its own as well
but i think that causes me large size and "OUT OF MEMORY" as well so,, can anyone help me please...
