Is it possible to hook the process of loading a file in Windows via VB.net? I know that you can log the process of creating/renameing/deleting files, but is it possible to notify the user that a file is being opened and if wanted, prevent the user from doing this? The same style as a firewall informing the user that a file is being opened?
