VS 2010 TableLayoutPanel Drag and drop?

Hello, I'am making a desktop like application where I use PictureBox'es as icons and a TableLayoutPanel as the snap to grid (just like the Windows desktop) But how can I make a drag and drop script, so that the user can drag and drop the 'icons' to different columns?
