VS 2008 Multiple Choice Question and Answer: Importing MS Excel data into VS?

Hello, this is my first post in the forums. I just got to learn VS 2008 this last week, and already done with several tutorials and pretty much confident enough to say that I'm already familiar with the basics of it.

So my latest project is to make a "Multiple Choice Question and Answer" Program. The idea is that, a question pop-ups, and 4 choices are presented, where only one of them the correct answer. Answering it correctly will take the user to the next question, answering it incorrectly will show the correct answer, and will also take the user to the next question.

So, I wanted this program to be used by my fellow friends, and even myself, as a "Review Tool" when we have exams and quizzes and such, So I wanted the program to be easily configured such that adding more questions are possible even after creation. A database is the correct term and solution to this right?

I don't have any idea how to use SQL, nor any idea about database programs.. So I thought maybe I could just use MS Excel to store my questions and the 4 choices?

So my question is, what codes should I use to import the data (specifically the entries/strings in each cell like D2, A3, etc) from MS Excel to Visual Basics?

I'm so sorry for the long post, I'm just not so confident with my english that I really need to use long phrases just to convince myself that I delivered my point clearly. Thank you in advance.
