VS 2008 Looking for a drawing control

Let me ask you , do you know if there is a control for allowing the user to draw lines , circles etc within a form ? And of course move them , rotate them or delete them . Just like in CAD programs (like AutoCAD) . Of course I only want to do simple actions , like the ones mentioned , not everything that a CAD program can do .

Let me specify that I'm not looking neceseraly for a free control .
