VS 2010 Help with CMAnimation / ProcessAnimation

Hello group. In my search for a control that would allow me to display some animation while my program was working I came across this Dll / control. I cannot remember where or how I got it and I have not been able to find any reference to it anywhere on the internet since. It comes with a few animations built in but I want to create and add my own animations as the built in ones do not always suite the situation.
If anyone has any info or can guide me in that direction I would appreciate it very much.
